Bell starts above the Knee!
These are our CLASSIC Rocker Bell but TALL so they may need to be hemmed or cut, we recommend the "Pinking Shears" (the scissors that look like they have teeth) for a quick and easy fix. Cutting/Hemming them will STILL LEAVE THE BELL INTACT! Because our Bells start before the Knees, you will always have a bell.
*If you do need to hem them we recommend making a headband, top, scarf, scrunchie or something creative with the excess.
