Love on Haight ships tie-dye, wearable art and a whole lot of color from our home in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco to customers across the United States and around the world.

Many of the pieces we sell are handmade, small-batch or completely one-of-a-kind, so please take a moment to review our shipping information before placing your order.

And yes...

Your package will probably contain some glitter.

It gets everywhere, man. That's part of the magic. ✨

FREE U.S. Shipping on Orders $200+ 🌈

Spend $200 or more on merchandise and Love on Haight will cover up to $15 of your shipping cost anywhere in the United States.

If your shipping charge is $15 or less — your shipping is FREE!

If your shipping charge is more than $15 — we'll cover the first $15 and you'll pay the difference.

The $200 minimum is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Because spending $200 on fabulous tie-dye should come with a little extra LOVE. 🌈

Domestic Shipping

Most domestic Love on Haight orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Ready-made merchandise generally ships within 3 business days of your order unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Once shipped, domestic Priority Mail packages typically arrive within approximately 2–3 business days, although carrier delays can occur and delivery times are not guaranteed.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships so you can follow your rainbow on its journey.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Orders

A LOT of what we sell isn't sitting in some giant warehouse.

Love on Haight works with more than 200 artists and makers, and many of our pieces are handmade, small-batch or completely one-of-a-kind.

All ready-made merchandise generally ships within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Very occasionally, our online inventory and physical inventory may cross paths and an item shown online is no longer available.

If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

We're humans selling things made by humans — and every once in a while, the humans have to figure something out. 🌈

Our Online Studio is a pickup location for eligible online orders. It is not a second retail store.

When Local Pickup is available for your order, select the available pickup location during checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is READY FOR PICKUP before coming to collect it.

Some merchandise may need to be transferred between our Haight Street flagship and Online Studio, so receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean your merchandise is immediately ready.

No Online Order Pickup at PIER 39

Love on Haight also has a retail location at PIER 39, our Tie-Dye Outpost by the Bay.

However, online order pickup is NOT currently available at our PIER 39 store.

Please choose 1400 Haight Street or 854 Stanyan Street when an eligible pickup option is offered at checkout.

Please Give Us a Safe Shipping Address

This is IMPORTANT.

Please provide a safe and secure address where your package can be delivered.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, a package left outside may be vulnerable to theft.

If your home isn't a safe place for deliveries, consider shipping your order to a secure alternative address or requesting Signature Upon Delivery.

FREE Signature Upon Delivery

Want to make sure your package isn't left sitting on a doorstep?

We're happy to add Signature Upon Delivery at no additional charge when available.

Simply request signature delivery in the order notes when placing your order.

We especially recommend this for:

• High-value purchases

• One-of-a-kind wearable art

• Apartment or shared-building deliveries

• Addresses where packages may be left unattended

Yes, we're repeating ourselves about safe delivery.

Route Package Protection 📦

Love on Haight offers Route Package Protection at checkout.

Route is an optional third-party package protection service that can provide coverage for eligible shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, subject to Route's terms, conditions and claim requirements.

If you purchase Route Package Protection and experience a covered shipping problem, your claim should be submitted through Route.

Route determines claim eligibility and resolution according to its coverage policies.

Why Consider Route?

We particularly recommend considering Route for one-of-a-kind and higher-value purchases.

Many Love on Haight pieces are created individually by our artists.

If your one-of-a-kind tie-dye coat disappears, we can't necessarily pull another identical one off a shelf.

Because...

ONE OF A KIND really means ONE OF A KIND.

Lost Packages

If your tracking does not show your package as delivered and it appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us.

If you purchased Route Package Protection, submit the loss through Route so the claim can be reviewed under your coverage.

If you did not purchase Route, contact Love on Haight and we'll work with the shipping carrier to determine what happened and what options are available.

Carrier investigations may take time, so please allow us time to work through the process with them.

Packages Marked “Delivered”

If carrier tracking shows that your package was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order, but you cannot find it, first check:

• Around your property and any secure package areas

• With household members

• With neighbors

• With your building's front desk or management

• Directly with the shipping carrier

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package delivered shortly before the package actually arrives, so allowing a little time can also help.

If you purchased Route Package Protection, you can submit an eligible stolen-package claim through Route.

Love on Haight cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that carrier tracking confirms were successfully delivered and subsequently go missing.

That's why we strongly encourage customers to provide a secure delivery address, consider Route Package Protection and request our free Signature Upon Delivery service when appropriate.

International Shipping 🌎

Yes — we send rainbows around the world!

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

International orders may take up to 21 days or longer after shipment to arrive, particularly when customs delays occur.

Tracking availability and delivery services may also vary by country.

The $200 U.S. shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your Love on Haight purchase or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Love on Haight does not control customs processing or the fees charged by individual countries.

Please check your country's import requirements if you're unsure what charges may apply.

Before placing your order, please make sure your:

are all correct.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us ASAP.

If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

Once a package has left us, changing its destination may not be possible.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Love on Haight accepts eligible merchandise for exchange or store credit according to our full Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

We do not offer standard refunds for change of mind, fit or preference.

Domestic customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery, and international customers within 30 days of delivery, regarding eligible exchanges or store-credit returns.

Sale/clearance merchandise and festival/event purchases are final sale.
