We're an independent San Francisco small business, artist collective and home to a whole lot of handmade, small-batch and one-of-a-kind wearable art.

And yes...

Your order will probably contain glitter.

It gets everywhere, man. That's part of the magic. ✨

Because many of our pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind, please read our policies below before ordering. We want you to LOVE what you buy and know exactly what to expect if something doesn't work out.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We want you to be happy with your Love on Haight purchase.

If something doesn't work for you, eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another item or returned for STORE CREDIT.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, fit, color preference or other standard returns.

This is our store policy and applies to all customers.

If we made a mistake with your order or there is a problem with the merchandise you received, that's different — please contact us and we'll make it right.

ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE TIMEFRAMES

Domestic Orders:
Please contact us about an exchange or store-credit return within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn and unused condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or otherwise show signs of use cannot be accepted.

STORE CREDIT

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned merchandise.

Love on Haight store credit:

• Never expires

• May be used online or in our Love on Haight stores

• Is transferable

Original shipping charges are not included in store credit and are non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Love on Haight for a standard exchange or store-credit return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the exchange is necessary because we sent you the wrong item or made an error with your order, contact us before shipping anything back so we can help.

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or return unless there is an error on our end:

• Sale and clearance merchandise

• Festival purchases

• Event and vending purchases

• Items specifically marked FINAL SALE

Please make sure you LOVE it before you take it home. 🌈

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Only purchases made through our online store may be processed as online exchanges or returns.

Purchases made at a physical Love on Haight location must be handled through our stores according to the policy applicable to that purchase.

Online purchases eligible for store credit may also have their Love on Haight store credit used in-store.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP 🌈

Don't want to ship it?

Love on Haight offers FREE in-store pickup on eligible online orders.

Choose the available Local Pickup option during checkout and select the location offered for your merchandise.

Love on Haight currently has two San Francisco Pick Up locations:

Because our inventory includes so many one-of-a-kind pieces, not every item is available at both locations.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the store.

If you'd like to pick up at a different Love on Haight location than the one offered at checkout, contact us. If we're able to transfer the merchandise, we'll do our best to make it happen.

SHIPPING

We ship Love on Haight rainbows throughout the United States and around the world. 🌎🌈

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us as quickly as possible. If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION 📦

Love on Haight offers Route Package Protection at checkout.

Route is an optional third-party package protection service that can provide coverage for eligible packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, subject to Route's terms, conditions and claim requirements.

If you purchase Route Package Protection and something happens to your shipment, claims are submitted through Route and eligibility and resolution are determined according to Route's policies.

We strongly recommend considering Route Package Protection, particularly for:

• One-of-a-kind wearable art

• Higher-value orders

• Packages being delivered to apartments or shared buildings

• Addresses where packages may be left unattended

• Any delivery location where package theft is a concern

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking does not show your package as delivered and it appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

If you purchased Route Package Protection, the loss should be reported through Route so your claim can be reviewed under your Route coverage.

If you did not purchase Route, contact Love on Haight and we'll work with the shipping carrier to determine what happened and what options are available.

Please understand that carrier investigations can take time.

PACKAGES MARKED “DELIVERED”

Once a shipping carrier's tracking system confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided with the order, Love on Haight cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for a package that is subsequently missing or stolen.

If you purchased Route Package Protection, please submit a claim through Route for eligible stolen-package coverage.

If you did not purchase Route and your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and any secure package areas

• Checking with household members, neighbors, front desk or building management

• Allowing a short period of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered before completing delivery

• Contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking information

Please provide a safe and secure delivery address whenever possible.

WANT A SIGNATURE? JUST ASK!

Concerned about leaving your rainbow unattended?

We're happy to add Signature Upon Delivery at no additional charge when available.

Please request signature delivery in the order notes at the time you place your order.

This is especially recommended for high-value or one-of-a-kind purchases being delivered to an unsecured location.

ONE-OF-A-KIND WEARABLE ART

This one is important.

Many pieces at Love on Haight are genuinely ONE OF A KIND.

Our artists create individual pieces by hand, and sometimes there simply isn't another one.

If a one-of-a-kind item is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, an identical replacement may not be possible.

That's one of the reasons we strongly recommend Route Package Protection for special and one-of-a-kind purchases.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

We're human.

And occasionally humans mess up.

If we shipped the wrong item, your merchandise arrived with a problem, or we made an error fulfilling your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Those situations are different from a standard exchange or store-credit return, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Please include your order number and photos when applicable so we can help you as quickly as possible.
