Recently we have opened a Tiedye Community Education Foundation with a focus on a Women's Prisoner Reentry Program where we take 1-3 women a year and teach them the art of tiedye...this is an evolving program and we look forward to sharing more with everyone as this story unfolds.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT.  This is a store policy and we cannot bend it.

-Domestic exchanges must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

-International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

-To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be in original, unworn condition.

-You may return a garment for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase. You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.

-Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through the Love on Haight online store.

-All festival and event sales are final.

-All sale/clearance sales are final.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


-Store Credit may be used in store or online.

-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary...and the fact that we are hippies...man!

Lost & Stolen Package Policy:

Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of Love on Haight. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer.

A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.                                                                   

Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.

A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order.  Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer.  Love on Haight is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item. This is not something we are able to bend on and need to stay firm on for all customers, so please don’t make it uncomfortable and ask...it just can’t happen...no matter who you are or who you know.

Please provide a safe address to receive your package.

**Reminder: If your address is not secure we are happy to add, Signature Upon Delivery at no additional charge.  Please note this request in the "notes" section of your order at the time of ordering.
