Domestic

All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail.

We will ship out a delivery within 3 business days (we are hippies man) Allow 2-3 days for delivery after shipment date for Domestic Packages & up to 21 days for delivery for International Packages.

Provide a Safe Address that your package won’t get stolen from- it is VERY important you provide a safe address to receive your package. If you don’t have a safe place you want to request a Signature at delivery...please do this under note section. This will ensure your package does not just get left at your doorstep….so make sure to let us know.

All "ready-made" garments will ship within 3 business days of your order, unless otherwise noted in the product description. ..if for some reason we have messed up our inventory and an item has to be made just for you, we will let you know ASAP (While we would like to say this never happens...again...we are hippies man!)

Faster Shipping - If you need faster shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any other shipping requirements, please notify us at the time of your order. Email us directly at sunny@loveonhaightsf.com. Faster shipping will come at a greater cost depending on order.

International:

Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost & Stolen Package Policy:

Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of Love on Haight. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer.

A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.

Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.

A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. Love on Haight is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item. This is not something we are able to bend on and need to stay firm on for all customers, so please don’t make it uncomfortable and ask...it just can’t happen...no matter who you are or who you know.

Please provide a safe address to receive your package.

**Reminder: If your address is not secure we are happy to add, Signature Upon Delivery at no additional charge. Please note this request in the "notes" section of your order at the time of ordering.
